Why choose England's Bumps?

I can tell you my classes are good, but you can believe the mummas who have actually been to them! Below are some reviews for both my postnatal classes, as well as 'normal' exercise classes! "I started Lauren's classes at 6 weeks postpartum, I am now 7 months in and feel so much stronger. Lauren is great at making me feel comfortable whilst also pushing me to work hard. She will happily take my baby when crying so I can get a full workout. It's been great to do a baby class that's for me. I have made some lovely friends and we also have a coffee club after class!"

"Thanks Lauren for such a friendly, supportive and fun exercise class. I've looked forward to it each week during my maternity leave and definitely feel stronger and fitter than when I started at 8 weeks postpartum. It has been great to get back to exercise gradually and build up my fitness each week. The classes are great for any fitness level and with any age baby - however tired I've felt, I've always felt so much better after getting to your classes. Great location too for coffee afterwards. Eva has also enjoyed it - the music, watching all the mums and hanging out with the other babies has been a great sensory experience for her! Thank you!"

"Lauren is always high energy and her classes have been perfect for me since having my baby. Group classes create the right challenge and it's always helpful to have an instructor who can motivate you to push yourself. Every week Lauren mixes up the routine so I feel I am making progress whilst ensuring my body doesn't know what's coming next!"

"Lauren has been an absolute star supporting and encouraging me in my fitness both during pregnancy and postnatal. She makes the classes fun and challenging and is always full of enthusiasm. "Where to start..? This class has been a blessing. New mum life means no life. Don't take me wrong: I adore, I love my son but anything I have done since he was born is around him. Postnatal classes: for him; swim: him; yoga: him; walk: how many walks can one do?! It is the only class I found that is really about me. I cried after our first class; I was so relieved and happy to have done something solely for me. Lauren is such a great instructor too! She looked after us and the babies so we could really have the session doing as much as we could. It has helped me through PND, thank you SO much for this ❤️"
