ABOUT MY CLASSES
Unique Mum & Baby Exercise Classes
I am a practising senior midwife at an NHS trust in Surrey, and have over 6 years of experience teaching group exercise classes. I know first-hand the real benefits of exercise classes - from the physical fitness and strength you you can build in a supportive environment, through to the life-long friends you can make.
I have seen pregnant and new mummies looking for classes that feel challenging, fun, but above all safe, so I decided to combine my passions and expertise to fill this void, and bring you England's Bumps.

Being a mum should never mean you stop taking time for you, and most importantly to exercise. You are entering a time in your life when you will need to be the strongest you've ever been - both physically and mentally. I can help you train for that.
