Cancellation Policy

I confirm that I have consulted a doctor and been signed off as fit to exercise following the birth of my baby. I will inform the instructor of any injuries or limitations I have before the class begins. Any specific concerns should be discussed with a doctor as soon as possible. England's Bumps accepts no responsibility in diagnosing, examining or treating medical conditions. When you take part in exercise programmes there is a possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise programme, you agree that you are doing so voluntarily, at your own risk, and you agree to release and discharge England's Bumps from any and all claims or causes of action, known and unknown, arising out of England's Bumps negligence. I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that I, or my child, incur whilst attending, exercising or participating in England's Bumps classes. Refunds will not be offered unless in exceptional circumstances.
